Shipping Costs Based on Shipping Weight:

Important Note: For express shipments, pricing is based not on the actual weight but on the volumetric weight of the packaging (length × width × height / 5000). The automatic price calculation in the online shop cannot determine the final volume of a shipment (especially when multiple items are packaged together). Therefore, shipping costs for light but bulky items may be higher than shown. The actual cost can only be calculated once the items are packed and the total dimensions/volume are known. If the cost is higher than initially indicated, we will contact you with the final price. If preferred, we can also ship part of the order via express and the rest as a standard parcel to avoid extra charges.

Pickup in Bielefeld

Pickup is possible Mon–Thu from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Fri from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and only after prior pickup notification. You will receive an email notification as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
