Our Rewards Program

Each product page shows how many bonus points you will receive for purchasing the respective product. You will receive the corresponding bonus points for each order (1 EUR net value = 1 bonus point) credited to your bonus point account once the order has been shipped. As soon as at least 500 bonus points have been collected, they can be redeemed in the shopping cart using a "slider". The redeemed points automatically reduce the total amount of the order.

You will receive 1 bonus point for every 1 EUR of net value on the net total amount of the order, excluding shipping and licensing costs, and after deduction of any discounts or redeemed vouchers. Already discounted products, promotional items, value packs and custom printed products are excluded from earning bonus points.

After an order has been placed, the bonus points are automatically credited to your bonus point account with the status "Recorded". Once the order has been shipped, the bonus points are available for redemption. If a return is made, the corresponding points will be deducted again. Bonus points are only credited for orders placed in the online shop (not for orders via email or other sales platforms).

Once at least 500 bonus points have been collected, they can be easily redeemed in the shopping cart using a slider in any amount. The total amount of the order is automatically reduced by the value of the redeemed points.

Bonus points are valid for 365 days and will automatically expire if not redeemed within this period.

Collected bonus points cannot be paid out or transferred to other customer accounts.

Participation in the bonus program is voluntary. There is no legal entitlement to participate or to have bonus points credited or redeemed. We reserve the right to correct or cancel points retroactively if goods are returned, or if a technical error (e.g. incorrect allocation of points by the system) or misuse (e.g. automated multiple registrations or manipulation of the customer account) occurs. We also reserve the right to change, supplement or discontinue the bonus program in whole or in part with at least 4 weeks’ notice. There is no entitlement to the continuation of the program.
