The menu boxes made from bagasse are an environmentally friendly alternative to conventional polystyrene packaging. Bagasse is a natural by-product of sugar cane processing. The sugar cane is rolled and pressed to extract sugar juice. The fibers left over from this process are called bagasse. These fibers are ground into a fine pulp with the addition of water and natural binders, processed and pressed into various shapes.

By using bagasse packaging, you are not only following a trend, you are also making an environmentally conscious choice for your packaging.
