Order and customer account
You can order from our online store around the clock. Unfortunately, we cannot accept orders by e-mail or telephone.
The invoice will be sent to you as a PDF by e-mail together with the shipping notification.
If you do not have access to the shipping notification e-mail due to an incorrect or different e-mail address, please send us an e-mail stating the order number and requesting a further copy of the invoice. You can also use our contact form for this purpose.
Our online store is aimed exclusively at businesses and entrepreneurs in accordance with §14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), as well as authorities and public institutions. Orders from consumers and private persons according to §13 BGB are not accepted. However, many of our products can also be found on Ebay and Amazon, where you can also order as a private person.
If articles are no longer available in our warehouse, they can no longer be added to the shopping cart at that time. However, you have the option of registering for an availability notification on the article page next to the product description.
You will then automatically receive an e-mail as soon as the article is available to order again.
Click on “Forgot password” in the login area. Please call us if there are any problems with this automated process. We recommend that you set a new password under “My account” after logging in with the password you received from us.

We offer you a variety of secure and convenient payment options. You can find an overview of all payment methods here.
A customer account makes the ordering process easier for you and gives you a better overview of your orders. We can assign orders directly to the appropriate customer account and avoid errors with billing or delivery addresses. You can create your personal customer account at the top right of the menu bar by clicking on “My account” and “Register now”. You will then be guided step by step through the automated registration process. Once completed, you can start ordering immediately; manual approval by us is not required. Once you have successfully registered, you can log in at any time with your e-mail address and password via “My account”, place orders and view your completed orders.
Shipping, returns and complaints
The shipping costs are staggered according to the value of goods up to EUR 150 and from EUR 150 net value of goods we ship free of charge within Germany. You can find the shipping costs and the costs for shipping to other countries here.
Orders or payments received before 10 a.m. are usually dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday), but no later than the following working day. Delivery in Germany is carried out as a DHL parcel with a standard delivery time of approx. 1-3 working days.
For deliveries within Germany, you can choose between normal shipping as a DHL parcel (standard delivery time 1-3 working days) and express shipping via DHL Express (guaranteed next-day delivery) and optional Saturday delivery in the “Shipping method” step of the ordering process.
The prices for express shipping depend on the quantity and weight. You can find a list of costs here. Please note that same-day delivery is only available from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) for orders and payments received before 11 am.
Orders and payments after 11 a.m. on Thursday and up to 11 a.m. on Friday must be ordered using the DHL Express shipping method including Saturday delivery, otherwise delivery will not take place until the following working day and not on Saturday.
The payment method “prepayment/bank transfer” in combination with express shipping is not suitable, because shipping can only take place after receipt of payment and the crediting to our bank account can take 1-2 days due to the bank transit time.
As soon as your goods have been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping notification with shipment tracking by e-mail. You can track your shipment directly using the link provided.
If the delivery driver cannot find anyone at the delivery address, the shipment will either be left with a neighbor or deposited at the nearest DHL parcel store for collection. The delivery driver will leave a corresponding notification card. You can then collect your parcel within 7 working days from the DHL parcel store responsible for your address. If your parcel is not collected within this period, it will automatically be returned to us. In this case, we will unfortunately have to charge you the corresponding shipping costs for a new shipment.
It is possible to collect the goods yourself after ordering online. To do this, select “Pick up in Bielefeld” in the order process. The goods can be collected Mon-Thu 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Fri 7 a.m. - 12 p.m. and after prior notification of collection. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Collection address: TO-GO Verpackungen c/o WEROCA Kartonagen, Walter-Werning-Str. 5, 33699 Bielefeld Further information: Collection must take place within 3 working days of the collection notification. The order confirmation (printout or e-mail) must be presented for handover of the goods. The goods are handed over unpalletized and loading is the responsibility of the collector.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, articles can be returned free of charge if there are defects for which we are responsible. Therefore, please check the delivered articles immediately after acceptance for completeness, transport damage and quality.
If there are any shortages or defects, please call us or notify us within 14 days at the latest. We will discuss the subsequent delivery or return and corresponding refunds with you.
We will not accept parcels sent carriage forward.
If you would like to return the goods for other reasons, e.g. if you have ordered the wrong items, please call us. There is no legal right of withdrawal in commercial trade. We ask for your understanding that, for reasons of hygiene, we are not allowed to take back any packaging that has already been opened.
If the goods delivered by us have defects despite the great care taken during production or if the delivery was damaged during transportation, please report this incident to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after delivery.
We are at your disposal by telephone or e-mail to clarify this inconvenience for you.
Products, prices and discounts
Of course, we also offer you the option to order free samples of almost all our packaging products. We only charge a small flat shipping fee. The sample items allow you to check the size, material quality, and suitability for your intended use. This helps you avoid purchasing packaging that may not be suitable for your specific needs.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a special discount for resellers. All customers receive the same discount options, e.g. quantity discounts from EUR 500 value of goods, special prices for the purchase of full pallets and bonus points to redeem for subsequent orders.

Licensing is a legally prescribed (5th amendment - Packaging Ordinance) fee for the disposal of sales packaging. As soon as packaging of any kind is placed on the market, this licensing fee must be paid.
With us you can pay this fee in a time-saving manner without having to search for it with a separate provider. Further information on disposal and the packaging ordinance can be found here.

For many types of packaging, we also offer the option of producing them individually printed for you. However, this does not apply to all products in our range. Individually printable products are marked as follows on the product detail page in the product image:

Special prices are possible for large quantities or pallet orders.
We grant you a quantity discount of 5% for a net goods value of EUR 500 and 7% from a net goods value of EUR 1,000. This quantity discount is automatically deducted from your order. The special prices for pallets can be found under the following link:
